1. Please ensure you add the correct address when placing your orders as we are not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our cost.
2. Please inform us of a late delivery (please first note the estimate of days your parcel may take to arrive during the ordering process) before contacting us at orders@liftboardgames.com.au. We will then contact Australia Post regarding your delivery. A late delivery by Australia Post does not constitute a reason to cancel your order.
3. If an order does not arrive, we will not be held liable for any loss or damage but will seek recompense.

Cancellations:

If you contact us before the order is shipped, we will arrange a refund to you through PayPal. However if the order has already been shipped, you will have to return your purchase at your cost, within 7 days of receipt of shipment. On receipt of the product full refund will be made through PayPal providing the product is received in   an undamaged condition. Refunds (See Returns regarding damage caused in the transit system)

According to Australian Consumer law you have the right to a refund or replacement if a game you purchase is found defective.

Please contact by phone call on 0412287688 or by email on orders@liftboardgames.com.au regarding the issue. We will require photos to help us in ascertaing  the problem. After discussing the issue with us we will at our discretion refund your money through PayPal using the same PayPal account you used to make the purchase. Alternatively we may offer a replacement to you.

Sorry, but we do not refund for
