Before we dispatch any order it is carefully checked for damage and to make sure all game components are included. We carefully package your order to minimise any possible damage. 

If you notice damage to the outside packaging then please take a photo of it before unpackaging it. You will most likely find that the gameboard and components are undamaged. But in the unlikely case there is damage to the gameboard itself or it’s components please take a photo of the damage and advise us as soon as possible by phone 0412287688 or email orders@liftboardgames.com.au.

After reviewing the situation we will send you a replacment for the damaged gameboard or component.
