The 5BX fitness program has many friends including me, however, the fitness industry has labeled some of the exercises unsafe.

Consequently James Christie (a fitness trainer) and myself, in consulation with a Physiotherapist are creating an illustrated and charted exercise plan that stays true to the principle

The 5BX Principle: "Spend 15 minutes a day, at least three days a week, repeating five simple exercises and you'll get fit."
