Beautiful country estate with secluded cottages on the shores of Lake Alexandrina, near the Coorong National Park. Established in 1839, Poltalloch Station is a working cattle and sheep farm with 22 historic buildings.

Our guests stay in
3 very comfortable cottages ideal for couples or families. Fully self-catering or bed and breakfast. King and Queen beds, BBQs, wood fires in winter, outdoor settings, airconditioning, fresh flowers and private sunny verandahs. Enjoy canoes, rowboat, walks in the paddocks, waterbirds on our wetlands, jetty, boat ramp, swimming in the freshwater, tennis, table tennis, friendly kangaroos and horses, Point Malcolm lighthouse, fishing or just relax and watch the sunset over the lake.

Poltalloch station is known for tranquility, spectacular scenery and some of the best birdwatching opportunities in the Coorong area.
