Hyde Park Cottage is conveniently located only a short walk to the cosmopolitan shopping and cafe strip of the ever popular King William Road. This is a very prominent part of Adelaide and this suburb is abutting the prestigious suburb of Unley Park.
It is close to the CBD with about a 5/6 minute drive to it and about a 15 minute drive to Glenelg Beach.

HYDE PARK cottage is a Duplex Cottage built around 1910 and with the character and charm of yesteryear featuring high ceilings, ornate fireplaces and good size rooms. The cottage features 3 bedrooms of which 2 feature ornate fireplaces, spacious lounge, eat in kitchen/dine, separate sunroom, bathroom with small bath and separate toilet.

The cottage is on a large parcel of land for a duplex and has ample space in the back yard for children to play on the lawn and a large driveway for at least 3 cars plus a carport. Leafy and pleasant, it is a perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the overcrowding of the coast.
