Glenelg holiday cottage by the sea and only a short walk of 380m to the crystal clear waters of this perfect swimming beach. Transport is approx 100 metres and shops are 200m away. Jetty Road is about 950m away to walk, offering a tram service into the City or shop till you drop on Jetty Road.

The City centre is a 12-15 minute drive. Glenelg is the best coastal suburb in Adelaide with lots of shops, cafes, all sorts of dinning venues and entertainment galore. Glenelg is conveniently located near the wine tasting districts of McLaren Vale 30-40mins) and the Barossa Valley (50-60mins).Certainly the place to be.

Outside, there's an enclosed frontyard behind charming picket fence. Character front verandah with teserated tiles, keeping in tune with the era. Superbly presented with polished boards this renovated 1870's cottage features new Kitchen, new black and white heritage Bathroom, and the home is painted in a rich yellow encumbering the coastal feel. The master bedroom features a carpeted floor, a very comfortable Queen bed, tallboy, two bedside tables and lamps and a spacious character wardrobe. The second living/bedroom is at the end of the hallway and an open room where there are 2 single beds one on the north and one on the southern wall.

There's also a 6 seater dining table and chairs. The immaculate living area features two comfortable lounges with a large TV and DVD player to keep the kiddies happy. The eat-in Kitchen is quite new with cooking facilities of gas hotplates and gas oven. Or if you want something quick, go straight to the microwave. All the kitchen essentials are supplied for your convenience. The Bathroom is updated and the separate Laundry has its own washing machine and dryer.

When you don't feel social why not sunbake in your own private yard or sit in the shade of the locust tree.
