Peppertree is a quirky 3 bedroom restored cottage with lots of charcter.

2 kms out of the heritage township of Mintaro and within easy reach of all of the Clare Valleys wineries and fabulous array of restaurants.

The cottage has full cooking facilities a BBQ in the garden, separate dining room, 3 queen size beds (1 which can be split down to 2 single beds)and a log burning fire in the lounge.

With prior permission it is possible to bring a much loved, well behave dog with you.

We offer weekend and mid week packages, all linen is supplied and there is also a pantry cupboard with a generous supply of cereals and spreads, tea and coffee, crackers and biscuits.

PEPPERTREE combines beautifully with nearby TICKLES for larger groups and families travelling together

Will & I found Peppertree thru this site and made a booking for Feb, the weather was terribly hot however the cottage was nice & cool. Our son & daughter in law from Whyalla and their 2 children joined us for 2 nights as well. We found the cottage to be welcoming and generously provisioned. The weather was too hot to do too much other than sit & chat, so we did plenty of that, we are meeting back there in June for another attempt to have a look at the Clare Valley this time we will enjoy the fire. Provisions were generous, we didnt expect to find so much food left considering the tariff is moderate, we even had cheese & dips, the first time we have found such generous goodies, we have been staying in B & B's now for 6 or 7 years. We can thoroughly recommend this little cottage to groups with or without children.
