Our first night around the campfire comes with the opportunity to sleep under a blanket of stars at Angorichina Village, which is definitely something special to remember.

After starting the day with a cooked breakfast it s time to explore the Blinman Copper Mine. Keep a lookout for wildlife as we 4WD into Chambers Gorge. Here we go for a hike to sacred Aboriginal rock carvings. The energy here is brilliant. After a picnic style lunch we head to Arkaroola Wilderness Sanctuary where we camp tonight. Plenty of time to explore the complex or relax in the comfortable bar. Learn about the southern outback sky with a 2-course dinner under the stars.

Lots of new adventures today - Oodnadatta Track, Lake Eyre South, lunch & a swim at Coward Springs (natural thermal pool). South Australia s smallest town, William Creek has a must see Pub. We cross through the “Dingo Fence” (can t keep this Dingo out!) as we head to Coober Pedy. There we tour the town & see an opal cutting demonstration along with a 20-minute multiple-award winning documentary “The Story of Opal”. There is plenty of free time to cruise the opal galleries or try your luck & noodle (fossick) for some yourself. Tonight we sleep in a Dugout (underground) like the locals.
Day 5: Coober Pedy to Uluru (BLD)
After an early start its time to relax & enjoy the ride to the Red Centre. With lots of distance to cover we also have lots of stops along the way including Marla, Erldunda, & Mt Connor. We arrive at majestic Uluru in time to enjoy complimentary drinks & a 2-course dinner as we watch the sunset over this icon. The next 2 nights we camp at Yulara. This campground is well serviced and has a swimming pool.
Day: 6 Uluru (BLD)
Enjoy a sunrise breakfast at Uluru as you watch the ever-changing colours. Taking advantage of the cool early mornings we do our climbs & walks to avoid the heat of the day. There is a guided base tour & the opportunity to climb to the summit if you wish. We visit the Uluru, Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre full of rich Aboriginal
tradition, art & crafts. Enjoy a lunch at Yulara with plenty of free time to explore the township, shop or lounge by the pool & unwind. There s a second photo opportunity to snap that perfect sunset shot of Uluru.
Day: 7 Kata Tjuta to Watarrka (BLD)
This morning we make our way to Kata Tjuta (Olgas) an ancient cluster of enormous domes, 42 kms from Uluru. Bushwalk through the timeless “Valley of the Winds” & “Walpa Gorge”. Keep an eye out for those wild camels as we head to Watarrka (Kings Canyon) our campground for tonight. This is also well serviced with a pool & Tavern. Excellent place to swim & swag it under the stars. Fun & Games in store tonight!
