This is a family winery at the southern end of Coonawarra. Ian and Wendy Hollick commenced planting grapes in 1975, and opened their Cellar Door in 1983. They have won a number of trophies over the years including the prestigious Jimmy Watson trophy.
In 2002 they opened their new Cellar Door and Restaurant complex to cater for the demand of a winery restaurant in Coonawarra.
Spectacular views of the surrounding vineyards as well as a view into the Hollick barrel shed, are features of this facility. Superb modern Australian cuisine is served daily for lunch and Friday and Saturday nights for dinner.
