The house has front and rear balconies on the second floor and a rear veranda to the bottom floor.

The bottom level has a double bedroon, laundrey , toilet,shower ,kitchen ,dining,lounge .
The second level has double bedroom ,a second lounge and ensuite with toilet and shower.

The top level is utilised as a 6 bed dormitory (kids favourite)
