We are an Organic & Wholefood brasserie, meaning simple food with a great deal of flavour & taste while free of chemical pesticides, preservatives & additives. The majority of the food we serve is Organic from the bread that we make on site to the beans that we grind for our coffee's. Everything that can be is made on site so that we can offer you food that we know is fresh & packed full of quality. We can cater for Vegetarians, Vegans & Celiacs (we will make something extra special with prior notice), you will find something for everyone in our Menu's which are in the Products & Services Page on our website.
Our objectives are to :
- educate and offer consumers a healthier alternative which is fresh & of great quality
- to encourage the expansion of organic use & farming within the Southern area & Australia
- to utilise local produce from local suppliers to help raise awareness of the benefits of visiting the Fleurieu Peninsula.
