The National Railway Museum will transport you back in time to when railway travel was a sophisticated adventure. Wander amongst steam locomotives and railway carriages from an era long past, enter historic carriages and climb into the cab of a locomotive.
View over 100 exhibits in two huge pavilions representing railway operations from Commonwealth, State and private railway operators on the three major railway gauges in Australia.
All train rides are included in the entry fee.
Hire the Cafeteria Car for children's parties, the dining car and lounge car for that special celebration, or the main pavilion for a conference dinner (capacity 600)or wedding.
We also operate the Semaphore and Fort Glanville Tourist Railway from October to April every day in the school holidays and on weekends.
